How it works
The 7-day free trial
Pick a paid plan and press Start 7-day free trial. You pay nothing for the week. Your card is checked with ₦50, which is refunded straight away. We email you 2 days before the first charge, and you can stop before then and pay nothing.
The trial is once per person and once per card.
Paying and renewing
Pay monthly, every 3 months, or yearly. The longer you choose, the less each month costs. Pay by card, bank transfer, USSD or your bank app.
A card with Renew automatically on costs 5% less, now and at every renewal, because your shop never goes off by accident. Transfer and USSD pay the full price and you renew by hand.
Changing plan
Open Plan & billing from the top of your dashboard and pick the plan you want. The screen shows exactly what you will pay before you pay. Everything you made stays where it is.
Adding people
Pro includes 4 people and Business includes 10, counting you. Need more? Add extra people in Plan & billing. Staff sign in with their own account and see only what you allow.
Stopping your plan
In Plan & billing, untick Renew automatically. Your plan runs to its end date, then moves to Free. Nothing more is charged and nothing is deleted. Catalogues above the Free limit are unpublished, not removed, and you can publish them again once you are back on a paid plan.
Tokens for the AI features
Writing product details from a photo, reading photos and translating use tokens. You get some when you join, and more when people sign up on your invite link. Your balance is the coin button at the top of your dashboard.
Your money for your sales
When your customers pay you, the money goes straight to your own account. Lumina never holds it.
Earn while you subscribe
Invite other shops with your code. When they pay for Lumina you earn cash, and again every time they renew. How earning works
