Getting started
Four steps take you from an empty account to a link you can send. The whole thing takes about ten minutes.
- 1Create
- 2Add products
- 3Publish
- 4Send the link
- Create your catalog. Give it a name your customers will recognise, and pick your trade. The trade decides how product details are laid out — an electrical catalog shows ratings, a clothing one shows sizes.
- Add a few products. Three is enough to see how it will look. You can add the rest later.
- Publish it. Until you do, your link shows “page not found” to everyone you send it to.
- Open your own link. Do this on your phone. It is the fastest way to see exactly what your customer sees.
Electrical Price List
electrical · 62 products · Draft
The commonest mistake is forgetting step three. A catalog you have not published shows “page not found” to everyone you send it to — your products are safe and nothing is lost, but nobody can see them. The two states look almost the same on your own screen, so it is worth knowing what to look for:

Draft. Your link shows “page not found” to everyone.
Electrical Price List
electrical · 62 products · Live
Live. The same link now opens for anyone you send it to.
A checklist appears at the top of your catalogs page and ticks itself off as you go. It disappears once you have finished, and it only ticks when something has genuinely happened — so it will not tell you a catalog is published when it is not.
Products & photos
Press Products on a catalog to add, edit or remove items. Each product can carry photos, a name, a code, a price, a minimum order quantity and however many specifications your trade needs.
Let the AI do the typing
Add a photo and use the AI fill — it drafts the name, description and specifications from the picture. Check what it writes before you publish: it is a fast first draft, not a source of truth, and it can misread a rating or invent a detail.
Prices
You can show prices, hide them entirely, or keep two sets — a retail list and a wholesale one — and choose who sees which. Buyers only ever receive the version they are allowed to see.
Stock
Stock is optional. Leave it blank and nothing about stock is shown, which is right for most sellers. If you do count stock you can show the numbers to buyers, or quietly hide anything you have sold out of so nobody orders what you cannot supply. Products you have not counted are always shown.
Stock, and whether you can supply it
These are two separate things and they answer different questions. Stock is how many you have. Availability is whether a buyer can have it at all — which is not the same, because a product can be counted to zero and still be arriving next week.
Pech Solar Panel 100W
PECH-PANEL-100W · ₦28,000
Pech Solar Panel 340W
PECH-PANEL-340W · ₦67,000
Leave stock blank if you do not count it — a blank product says nothing to buyers, which is honest. A zero says out of stock, which is a claim, so only use it when it is true. Both are better than “Coming soon” on something that is never coming: the point of that badge is to keep a buyer who would otherwise go elsewhere.
To add or take away stock, press the + or − on the Stock screen and type how many arrived or left. It records the movement rather than overwriting the number, so months later you can still see why a figure is what it is.
Sharing & who can see it
Your catalog is one link. Send it on WhatsApp, put it in your Instagram or TikTok bio, post it on X, print the QR for your shop wall — the same link opens everywhere.
Choosing which prices a link shows
If you sell at more than one price — retail, wholesale, dealer, installer — you choose which list a link opens at when you create it, and the link itself decides. A customer holding a retail link cannot reach your dealer prices by changing the web address, because the prices they are not meant to see are never sent to their phone at all.
Resellers who stock your goods — See it as they will →
Always press “See it as they will” before sending a trade link. It opens the catalog exactly as that person will see it. The expensive mistake here is sending a dealer link to an ordinary customer, and it looks identical to sending the right one until they quote your trade price back at you.
Personal links
Instead of one link for everybody, you can create a separate link per customer and give it their name. You then see how many times each person opened it and when — and you can switch off one person’s link without affecting anybody else’s.
You choose how long each one lasts:
- Keep viewing — open any time until you stop it.
- A few times — stops after a set number of opens.
- For a period — stops on a date you choose.
Passcode and invite-only
Under Who can open it you can require a passcode you share separately, or restrict the catalog to specific email addresses. Someone who cannot get in can ask you for access, and the request appears on your side for you to allow or decline.
Check before you send
Preview shows exactly what a given person will receive — including telling you if they would see nothing at all, and why. It is worth one press before any important link goes out.
Quotes, invoices & getting paid
When a customer asks for a price, they can pick items from your catalog and send a quote request. It arrives in your Inbox with exactly what they want and how many.
From Sell → Quote or invoice you build the document: pick the items, set quantities, apply a discount to one item or the whole order, add delivery, and send it as a link. Totals are worked out for you.
Signing
You can sign a quote or invoice with your finger, or photograph a signature you have already written on paper — the paper is removed automatically so only the ink remains. Save it once and it is there for every document afterwards.
A document keeps the signature it was signed with. Changing or deleting a signature later never alters anything you have already sent.
How your customers pay you
Their money goes to you, not through us. There are two ways and you can offer both.
- Bank transfer. Put your account details under Share & access and they appear on every quote. The buyer pays and uploads their receipt, and the document marks itself paid so you can see it.
- Card. If you have a Paystack account, make a Payment Page in your own Paystack dashboard and paste its web address into Sell → Business settings. A “Pay by card” button then appears on your quotes and the money lands in your own account.
Never paste a secret key anywhere. The only thing to copy is the payment page address, the one beginning https://. A secret key can move money out of your account, and nobody — including us — should ever ask you for one.
What a quotation carries
Your business name, address, phone and registration number if you have entered them; the customer’s details; every item with quantities and unit prices; discount, delivery and VAT if you charge it; the total in figures and in words; your signature and stamp; and your terms. It prints or saves as a PDF from any phone.
VAT is off until you turn it on, and that is deliberate. A business not registered for VAT may not charge it, so the line does not appear until you enter a rate in Business settings.
Your account & plan
The free plan gives you one catalog with up to 5 products, with no card and no time limit — enough to build a real catalog, share it and take orders. Paid plans lift the product limit entirely and start at ₦4,000 a month. Longer commitment costs less per month, and paying yearly gives two months free.
| Plan | Monthly |
|---|---|
| Free | Free |
| Starter | ₦4,000 |
| Pro | ₦15,000 |
| Business | ₦45,000 |
Cancelling stops the next renewal and never deletes anything. You keep your plan until the term you paid for ends, then move to the free plan. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy for the detail.
Deleting things
Deleting a catalog or product moves it to the Bin, where it stays restorable for 7 days before being destroyed for good. Deleting a catalog also removes its products, quotes, discount codes and view history — so the bin is worth checking before the week is up.
Keeping your account safe
Your account holds your prices, your customers and what everything cost you. Two things protect it, and the second takes a minute.
- A password only you know, not one you use anywhere else.
- Two-factor sign-in. On your account page press Set up two-factor, scan the square with an authenticator app, and type the six digits it shows. Signing in then asks for a code as well as your password, so the password alone is not enough for anyone who learns it.
When you set it up you are shown a line of characters as well as the square. Keep those somewhere safe and not on the same phone. If you lose the phone, they are how you get back in.
Common questions
Do my customers need an account or an app?+
No. They tap the link and it opens in whatever browser they already have. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Can I hide my prices?+
Yes. Under Sell, choose “Hide prices” and buyers see your products without any prices. You can also keep a separate wholesale price list that only chosen customers can open.
Can I stop one person seeing my catalog without affecting everyone else?+
Yes. Create a personal link for each customer under Share & access → Personal links. You can see who opened it and switch off any single one, and everyone else keeps working.
What happens if I delete something by mistake?+
It goes to the Bin and you can restore it for 7 days. After that it is gone for good. If you are certain, the delete dialog also offers to skip the bin.
Does it work on a slow connection?+
Yes. Catalogs are built to open quickly on a weak signal, and photos are compressed automatically when you upload them so your customers are not paying for huge files.
Can buyers read it in another language?+
Your catalog translates itself for whoever opens it, so you can sell outside your own city without keeping a second version.
Is my catalog on Google?+
A published catalog can be found by search engines. If you would rather it were not public, set it to passcode or invite-only.
How many products can I add?+
The free plan holds one catalog with up to 5 products. Every paid plan is unlimited. When you reach the limit the Add button tells you — nothing you have already added is ever touched or hidden.
Can I use it for services, not products?+
Yes. Many sellers list services with a price or “price on request”. Contractors use the quotation and tender documents for priced work.
What are tokens?+
Tokens pay for the AI features — writing product details, reading photos, translating. You get some free when you join, more when someone signs up on your invite link, and more again if they subscribe.
